Initial consultation: The first step is to fill out the contact form and meet with you to discuss your vision for the wedding video. This is a good time for us to get to know you and for you to learn more about our style and approach to wedding videography.
Booking and contract: If you decide to hire us for your special day, the next step is to book the date and sign a contract. The contract should outline the details of the wedding videography services, including the duration of the shoot, the number of cameras and crew members, the type of editing and post-production services, and the final delivery format for the video.
Pre-wedding planning: Before the wedding day, we will work with you to plan the details of the shoot. This may include scouting locations, discussing shot lists and creative ideas, and coordinating with other vendors and wedding professionals.
Wedding day shoot: On the day of the wedding, our team will arrive at the venue early to set up and begin capturing footage. This may include ceremony, reception, and other key moments throughout the day. We will work closely with the photographer and other vendors to ensure that they are able to capture the desired shots without interfering with each other.
Final delivery: Once the editing is complete, we will deliver the final wedding video to you. This may be in the form of a digital file, a USB, or another format as agreed upon in the contract.
